888pk Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 888pk platform — whether through the website at 888pk.ws or any associated mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is between you (the registered player) and 888pk (the platform operator).

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and their deposits returned after deducting any losses incurred on the account. 888pk takes its responsibility towards minors extremely seriously.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 888pk. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or through a different device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Your username must not impersonate any other person or brand.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 888pk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All communication from 888pk will be sent to the contact details provided at registration.

Account Verification

888pk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to verify your identity, address, and payment methods at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal for the first time. Verification is a standard industry practice and protects all players on the platform.

Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable time period after being requested will be restricted. 888pk will not process withdrawal requests from unverified accounts.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

888pk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following local payment methods:

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. 888pk does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from a payment method that does not match the account holder's name may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

888pk does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility to be aware of before initiating a transfer.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 888pk are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not negotiable. Where your deposit method does not support withdrawals, 888pk will process to an alternative verified method held in your name.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 5–30 minutes for amounts up to Rs 5,00,000.
• Bank Transfer / IBFT: Typically within 2–6 hours for standard amounts.
• Large withdrawals (above Rs 5,00,000): May require additional manual verification and can take up to 24 hours.

888pk does not charge withdrawal fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large amounts may be processed in tranches at 888pk's discretion.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, 888pk may require that any active bonus balance has met its applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount. The principal deposit and any net winnings above the bonus will still be available for withdrawal in such cases.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

888pk offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all 888pk bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be bet before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.
• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit match up to Rs 50,000 is available once per new player. It cannot be claimed multiple times, even if an account is closed and reopened.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire after 30 days unless a different timeframe is stated on the specific offer.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live Casino, Poker, and certain other games may contribute at a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each game type will be clearly stated.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 888pk are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all 888pk game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be reversed or cancelled after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game (disconnection, server error), 888pk will resolve the hand or round based on the last confirmed game state recorded by our servers. If no resolution is possible, bets will be refunded to the player's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.
• 888pk reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with 888pk games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, Teen Patti, or any other multiplayer game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploiting a platform error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to make deposits.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using 888pk to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of 888pk's platform security.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 888pk staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

888pk takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a genuine obligation to our community. We provide the following tools in every account, accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Set a reminder that notifies you after a set amount of time playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cannot be reversed before expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 888pk. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened for any reason.

11. Limitation of Liability

888pk's platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

888pk's total liability to any individual player, in respect of any single event or series of related events, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct by 888pk.

888pk is not liable for losses arising from:

• Network or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• Losses arising from a player's own gambling decisions, whether influenced by bonus offers or not.
• Force majeure events outside 888pk's reasonable control.

12. Account Termination

You may close your 888pk account at any time by contacting support@888pk.ws. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and all remaining balance (after deducting any active bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to your verified payment method.

888pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Where termination results from player breach, 888pk reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, withheld funds will be returned. If breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

13. Changes to These Terms
