To avoid this, use NayaPay or SadaPay for fee-free transfers.

First, check whether the amount was deducted from your payment account. If it was deducted but not credited to 888pk, do not attempt to deposit again — contact support@888pk.ws immediately with your transaction ID and the amount. Failed deposits are usually resolved within 2–4 hours. If the amount was not deducted, your deposit simply failed at the payment gateway and you can retry.

Log in to your 888pk account and go to the Wallet section. Select "Withdraw", choose your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or bank card), enter the amount, and confirm. Yes. Email support@888pk.ws requesting account closure. Provide your registered mobile number and confirm your identity. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard withdrawal processing. Active bonus balances are forfeited on closure.
